(gre 1050 expected). i have research experience of 1year at csir laboratory and published one international journal as co-author. iam in dilemma regarding which kind of universities to be applied. can i get full tution waiver?.how high funded universities can be identified from non-funding universities. please advice me which category of univ should i go for? is it true that spring intake is less compared to fall. please reply me. thanks in advance pvl hii,iam pvl
