<description>1. If admitted to reputable PhD programs, chances of full funding are high
2. Higher ranked univs offer more funding opportunities. Start here:
http://www.app2us.com/univ-selection/rankings.htm

Any detailed questions should be posted at our forums. Good Luck.

		<description>hii,iam pvl
i have m.s degree in environmental science from osmania university and iam planning to do phd in same subject.
i have academics 76% and toefl 89ibt. (gre 1050 expected). i have research experience of 1year at csir laboratory and published one international journal as co-author.
iam in dilemma regarding which kind of universities to be applied. can i get full tution waiver?.how high funded universities can be identified from non-funding universities. please advice me which category of univ should i go for?
is it true that spring intake is less compared to fall.

please reply me.

thanks in advance

<description>This comment section is for your feedback (like/dislike) about the post.
For detailed guidance, question should be asked on the app2us forums.

However, to summarize, you have potential to get RA at 30-50 ranked universities. You need to maintain good academics and make sure your SOP and LORs are of top quality.</description>

		<description>Hi, My name is Nitish.

I am in 3rd year B.E. from VESIT, Mumbai University doing EXTC and cleared my 5th sem with 80% aggregate. The 6th sem result is yet to come.
My GRE score was 1350(Q=760) and I am yet to give TOEFL.

I have 4 good projects to my name, all of which I have presented in National level project competitions and conferences and have won these kind of competitions twice.

I have one paper to my name which basically was a modification for any electrical instrument to save power but wasn&#039;t published in any journal or conference.

Also I have a 2 month experience of internship at a reputed(cant disclose the name here) solar plant in Gujrat and 1 month at embedded development lab in Mumbai.

What are my chances of getting RA/TA. Which should I go for RA or TA. What are my chances of funding from any other sources.
